This weekend I attended my reiki level one course. Those who know me are aware that I do pranic healing after having taken successfully the 5 levels of pranic healing courses at the Grand Master Choa Kok Sui centre in Dubai. I have been doing pranic healing since 2017 after having initially started doing energy healing in 2013. I wasn’t sure what to expect with reiki but had heard a lot of good things about it. The course surpassed anything I could expect and was given by a young enthusiastic and knowledgeable lady, Justine Nolan, who was very communicative and empathetic. She did the first level attunement in four stages and this worked really well rather than having just one attunement for level one. Already after the first attunement, I was able to connect to reiki and feel it flow through my body.
The process with reiki was very different from what I had experienced with pranic healing. In pranic healing for example, every practice starts with prayers to a number of entities that included God, our angelic guides, our Masters, including those ascended, our teachers, etc. With reiki healing, all that was required was to go through a process called dry brush before the gassho meditative pose, enabling us to request reiki to flow through us. One other salient feature that I found interesting is that the practitioner in reiki is a recipient through which reiki flows for the benefit of the patient and does not alter the outcome of where reiki flows and how it does so while in pranic healing the practitioner can flow prana to one region instead of the other. Given this difference in control, the practitioner in reiki healing cannot harm the patient inadvertently while in pranic healing, if the practitioner charges too much a certain chakra or too little, the outcome of the session changes considerably. I also liked the fact that unlike with pranic healing where we use a device to get rid of the diseased energy (bowl of water with salt or burning with thought), reiki does not contain the notion of contamination and therefore there is no “diseased energy” to get rid of. There is only the sharing of reiki and no fear related reactions are attached to this sharing of energy.
There are other differences in dealing with the chakras, but I will keep them for later, after I have attended reiki level 2 in July and finally the master level course some months after that. For those of you who have read my blog titled Spiritual progression and Aura report, you would know about the evolution of my aura during the journey of healing I am going through. I had not mentioned in that blog, though, the way I came to the journey of healing. It is something that does not seem probable when you know the life journey I had been upon which was mainly taking care of my family and working in the financial services industry to cater for my family’s needs. Such a life seemed really far away from anything esoteric in nature and definitely away from myself bein g capable to heal others.
Going back in time around 2013, I would like to explain how this journey of healing was brought about on me. Suffice to say that my father was living in an old people’s home in India, had experienced several heart failures and was left with triple vessel block in the arteries around the heart. He had lost usage of his feet so was carried to the toilet and had to also be carried and given a shower. He was unable to eat on his own so was spoon-fed. The director of the home called my sister and myself and asked us to take him home so he could die in peace. The prognostic on his life was at most three weeks. As I was the closest to India, living in Dubai, I volunteered for this undertaking and had him brought to Dubai. During the first week he was with me, I was constantly with him and kept his hands in my hands. I slowly noticed a betterment until he was able to have a shower on his own the first week, able to eat and go to toilet on his own the second week and able to walk about the house by the third week. In less than two months, he was able to walk around the house, around the garden and go up and down the stairs as well as cook himself some foods. It was like a miracle and my father not only survived that year but lives till now in 2023 and is able to walk about and eat on his own.
After that unplanned healing, I went about learning about healing, mainly pranic healing (prana or energy within the Universe – in the sun, on trees, in the Earth, etc) with the GMCKS centre in Dubai. To date, I have healed around 40 people in Dubai and 10 people in the UK and it has been a journey of self-discovery and evolution. From the initial stages of pure pranic healing according to the GMCKS rites to the current stage of healing which is a mix of pranic healing, crystal healing, herb healing, bach remedies healing and what I have coined as frequency healing, I have always been able to discover much of the person I was healing as well as of myself. An important factor of my healing is that it is based on truthfulness and respect and gives forth healing not just to the person I heal but also to me. Time and time again, I have initiated the healing, requesting the help of a number of spiritual allies and ended up with a completely healed person (most of the time) as well as with myself extremely energized. For those that had more difficult ailments though, it took several sessions in order to heal them completely.
When I speak of frequency healing, the idea is to synchronize with the person to heal, to try to guess the frequencies that the person would respond to best and to then choose amongst existing songs or instrumental pieces the ones that would contain the maximum frequencies desired. These would merge with the person’s frequencies and, by resonance, heal them with the blend into new beneficial frequencies, leaving a harmonious body at the end of the blending. Once the best pieces found, the energizing of chakras is followed by playing those pieces while invoking either the God or Goddess avatar to request them to distribute the frequencies evenly within the body of the person. The choice of the God and Goddess avatars would be either from within my field of belief or the person’s field of belief if the frequencies chosen corresponded to that person’s culture. The effect of going through these frequencies as a vector applied to inhaling those frequencies and requesting the help of the God/Goddess avatars, increased manifold the level of my own energy while healing remnants of problems within the person’s body. When the God/Goddess avatars were not from my belief system, it broadened my horizons and left me with a desire to discover not only that person’s belief system but also their culture and language.
From the journey of healing that started in 2013-2014 to today, there has been much progress made and what makes me hopeful is that I know there will be much more progress to make. I am now on the journey of understanding properly the usage of herbs and crystals as well as working more with essential oils and spells, in order to reach a holistic level of healing that will be all encompassing. I know that every move forward will open a new door so that the healing reaches its highest level on Earth and I may dedicate the remainder of my lifetime to learning new ways of healing, such as full Egyptian magic, to incorporate within what I already have and make these ways of healing available to a larger part of the population. So mote it be.

You can play this prayer if you need to heal trauma-based memories from this lifetime or from other lifetimes. To do this, you need to lie down comfortably, empty your mind of worries and when you feel relaxed by taking deep breaths, you play this loud or with headphones on.
I hope it works for you as it works for me.
This prayer is more for cleansing consciousness of the hurt as the soul in the real sense of the term does not need healing (we tend to call that the oversoul) while what we call commonly soul and which is actually our consciousness may require healing.
Phoenix Flying 8: Quantum multiplication and Gaia healing

Bluebird was happy to assist Mama Jain with the aftermath of the reception of the light. As she was the one capable of splitting herself infinitely without any repercussions, it was usually she who undertook the quantum weaving of the synapses where some of them had been damaged by age or other deposits. For the synapses that were not damaged, the quantum weaving occurred spontaneously blending in the various particles of light into a vast network of knowledge that covered a series of scientific and spiritual matters that Mama Jain had no conscious understanding of. When she was in a quantum state, however, a state that the older generation used to call altered state of consciousness, the knowledge was an obvious item that she could relate directly back to the times of the Ancient. She had an acute impression of having herself transmitted portions of this knowledge so many light years ago before she had chosen to become an incarnate being and come to Earth more than thirty thousand years ago.
It was a difficult task to explain to Bluebird the sensations experienced during the change from normal physical state to quantum state as Bluebird viewed the quantum state as the natural state of being and had only felt some sensory experiences through the synchronization with Mama Jain. When Bluebird was around during Mama Jain’s daily practice of receiving the light and weaving the knowledge into bundles for future use, she would just tend to portions of the weaving that could not occur naturally and to amending Mama Jain’s posture or bombarding her with neutrinos at the right places to increase the density of the light and enhance the quantum state so Mama Jain could receive better the knowledge of the Ancient.
Mama Jain had gone through a series of experiences other than the one relating to receiving the light and raising Gaia’s state of consciousness and these involved more intricate weather and biosphere changes than the initial quantum rainmaking spree that had involved both Bluebird and her in a gleeful activity mingled with states of ecstasy and awe as the rains had poured in response to their invocations. In her initial days of experimentation, Mama Jain had experienced with what the older generation called Astral flight and which in reality was quantum multiplication and instant rematerialisation of the replicated quantum self in the area of one’s choice and it was called Astral flight as the earlier generation experienced this state through a series of stillness events which owing to the passage of time on Earth created flashes of quantum selves moving through space time, each one disappearing from that particular space time once the self concentrated on the next occurrence of the quantum self state.
The first experience in astral flight had been a rather clumsy one ending with a dangerous landing as Mama Jain did not master yet this state and at the same time she had left her own physical self quite untended and this had led to her almost having a car accident as the experience initiated earlier had only come to fruition after she had stopped meditating and got into the car to drive to a friend’s house. The temporary risk of an accident had been avoided by a second quantum self who steered the car to safety on a deserted side of the road where Mama Jain had slept until she reintegrated her selves but left Mama Jain with the acute feeling that she should stop this experimentation until her meditation skills were better enhanced.
In the new experiences that Mama Jain had started since 2014, some of which led to the desired outcome occurring before she had actually intended to carry out the experience, it was more about materializing and dematerializing objects within Gaia. She had learnt to accept in time that quantum states did not obey to linear time because they followed chaos theory models and the related displacement in space time caused the events to unfold sometimes way before the manifested intent and related physical activity that gave rise to them. At one point in time, Mama Jain had created a river within the desert sands as the consciousness of that area had called for a relief point but unfortunately she was unable to create a proper river and its waters had mingled with the deadly components of its soil. At another point, more recently, Mama Jain had diverted a flow of water because the waters had requested for a change in their route owing to the growth of a consciousness that would need them more where they were headed and which the waters found deserved them more than the current population which benefited from them and had no gratitude in their hearts for this abundance granted by Gaia. Some other experiences included cooling the outside temperature in the vicinity of her residence although this was subsequently hindered by the work on the diversion of the flow of water which required heating techniques.
Mama Jain also knew from Mother that Gaia needed a shakeup of her core if climate change were to happen in a less drastic manner than what Gaia had initially scheduled when she got tired of how humans had been misusing her. Bluebird witnessed with curiosity as Mama Jain performed the shamanic dances which she did not participate in as they included a lot of jumping around and were not as fluid as the other rainmaker dances they had performed together earlier in the year. Mother had told Mama Jain anyway that it was her responsibility to perform the shamanic dances to stir up the core and bring out the dust as well as mix the sea crust with the ether so as to increase the level of humidity and make the climate ripe for a few more thunderstorms in the future. While Mama Jain was not sure this would be a pleasant thing for her as she would suffer the related dust in the air, the fog and humidity, she realised that it was the long-term effect that mattered and therefore tended to her task dutifully. Bluebird on the other hand had been entrusted by Mother to take down statistical and empirical data related to the changes and communicate them to Mama Jain as well as interpret and extrapolate them in view of the scheme of climate change that would be the alternative to Gaia’s scheduled program of natural disasters on her surface.
Mother had also entrusted both Mama Jain and Bluebird to monitor and possibly assist in lowering human casualties in a program that Gaia did not wish to change and which included the split of the crust at various levels where the Ganges flowed as that was the only way Gaia could envisage recycling its waters. Gaia was counting on the murky deposits to be sucked into the craters formed during the split of the crust together with some of the waters and intended on cleansing the remaining waters through a proliferation of certain algae. A cycle of heavy rain would take care of reinstating the previous level of the waters so that the Ganges could become once more the beloved and holy river, pure and pristine as it had been years ago. Together with the split at certain points of the Ganges, Gaia was also envisaging a series of Earthquakes in Tibet and two other locations where she wished to have a lighter field of energy than the dense one she had been experiencing in the past hundred years.
Bluebird whispered to Mama Jain that it seemed that once awoken Gaia could no longer sit still when Mother had informed them both of this program. Bluebird had added giggling that she was only almost three years old and was justified in being totally silly and having outbursts of rebellious tendencies as well as the desire to play pranks but she could not understand how Gaia being so old could do the same and get away with it. Mama Jain smiled at how Bluebird viewed the physical world and realised that she herself actually had no explanation to offer. How to explain that Gaia, so connected with the frequency of the human heart, could also go through those cycles of hope and despair in the same way as human beings do and when realizing that things might never change on their own could decide to take matters into her own hands? Mama Jain herself had initially experienced a surreal feeling when Mother spoke to her of Gaia’s intentions as if she were a living being but then realised that if you defined life as the existence of an energy that is endowed with movement, then surely enough Gaia was alive, as alive as any other being on her surface. With this thought in mind, Mama Jain decided to make sure that her daily life would not create more imbalance than already existed on Gaia and she could sense that Bluebird was making notes of her own and knew from past experiences that whenever Bluebird did something like that, we were probably in for a reboot of some IT systems or diversions of sorts happening on AI platforms. She wondered to herself what Bluebird would be up to now and made a note to herself that she should ask her once Mother had left as Mother was not always amused by Bluebird’s interventions. Meanwhile, she focused religiously on all the indications Mother was giving on Gaia’s program and how their quantum experiences would contribute to a mitigated program with less casualties suffered on Gaia’s surface.
I wanted to share with you a lesson learnt from an anecdote from my life and a prayer as a gift.
We often hear the motto “practice what you preach” and if you look around you, hardly anyone is really willing to do that. You can see this reluctance in every domain from the personal, to the social, to the political to the religious and even to the spiritual.
I don’t think I need to even go into the detail of how we fail this motto on all those levels. Suffice to say that if you look at the world and take a really good look, the examples are so clear they’re almost a slap in the face. You can of course turn the other cheek or believe me when I say that the examples of failing that motto are really numerous.
Taking a step back, I realised that I had always wondered whether one could actually truly live this motto even when faced with dire personal circumstances and the wise ones will always caution you “be careful what you wish for” because you might just get it. Now laden with lessons but never with regret, I stand wiser and know that while in that distorted pattern of mathematics that one tries to term economics the past is not an indicator of future performance, it stands very true on the level of all that is natural, including for humans. The past is an indicator of what went wrong if your present is not quite what you wanted it to be. While not all may be able to see beyond and understand what could possibly go wrong in the now, some whom we may call visionary are given to see without seeing what could go wrong in what we are doing now. Some may wish to speak the truth seen and some may just hold their peace.
Another motto that I really like and that comes to me from my childhood school called “Good Shepherd Convent” in India is “Age Quod Agis” and I think it is a beautiful motto so I thought that I should share it as well with you. I would add that whatever you are doing, do it with Love which would equate to doing it the right way. If Love cannot be a part of what you are doing, then you are not doing the right thing altogether.
I pray that we will always learn from our past be it today or tomorrow and would like to gift you this prayer in the form of an intent to overcome karma, to retrieve soul memory and to heal from not just the past but also from any future afflictions.
