The Etheree is a ten line form ascending in syllable count for ten unrhymed lines (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and finally 10 syllables for the last and tenth line) . Its’ attributed to an American poet, Etheree Taylor Armstrong of Arkansas. An Etheree is originally meant to focus on one idea or subject. A reverse Etheree is a backward count in syllables as compared to an Etheree. If you combine both, you get a diamond form. I hope you enjoy my trials on this form.
