Wherein knights are made
10 April 2016

Hold the thought
It rings with solace
Of hundreds
Of dead stars
They carve infinity’s ways
The suns in arrays
Neatly tucked
Within folds of me
This is Time
Bluebells chime
They ring to glory of One
Where all had begun
Listen hard
The voices speak soft
They cast light
And shadows
Upon heavenly meadows
Wherein knights are made
Reading of the poem:

Fields of Gold – Rumi
Alchemist – Rumi
The Alchemy of Love – Rumi
Very descriptive writing.. Loved it 🙂

I love the mix of imagery in this piece, Geetha: the silence of dead stars; the chimes of bluebells; the Oneness of the Creator; soft voices and creation of knights… splendid poetry that makes me draw in a deep breath.
