Dry pitiless cries

Resonating through my mind

Dull and hoarse voices

A glare in the eye

Beak a scavenger’s emblem

Robe mantle of dark

Merciless swirling

Cawing from morning till night

Crows invade my sight

Reading of the poem:

Counting crows – Round Here
