Blue lakes inside me
2 August 2016

The rain falls
Coloured black and blue
On my sides
Tanning hides
My pores all welcoming spots
Blue forget me nots
Slowly flow
Blue lakes inside me
Silently
Hidden skies
Whispering realities
Lift them to the clouds
I gather
In the rain that falls
Falls falls slow
On your lands
Blue and green blended mellow
Under desert sands
Reading of the poem:

Oh Gente da Minha Terra – Mariza
Dreaming about your water supply? And now no electricity?

Send some of those blue lakes over here. We could use them right around now.

Thank you Marissa. I give you a bit 😉 I wish I could share more but after my repeated complaints DEWA had cut the supply which includes electricity today morning so I need all the blue lakes I can muster right now 😀
