Bells will ring pealing roar in elegy
21 January 2016

The tuning of love few delicate wires
A me and a do and so many cuts
Of heart felt the true not the peacock’s struts
Slight flight of the dove in cage of desires
The push and the shove old caveman admires
A hundred years too compound his sore guts
The warning cuckoo despairs timeless ruts
Of velvet the glove then welded by fires
I walk on the edge of a tight street rope
On right the healing soars with energy
On border of ledge still uphill the slope
Knee sore from kneeling bonded the clergy
Renewing the pledge with balance to cope
Bells will ring pealing roar in elegy

It is within the struggle to find balance that we create magic, just like your words. Beautiful, Geetha!

Thank you Thomas, your words are worth the wait 😉
Very true, people wait for the struggle to be over but the struggle itself reveals its own magic 🙂

Awww, you are so very kind, Geetha. Life has gotten busier but it was my plan to read a few of your piece that I have missed. Yes, there is magic, even in the darkest of places 🙂

Lol, you’re so funny Thomas. Thank you so much for reading and jotting down those beautiful comments. I have to say I have has so much to do and the itch to write was so great that I have read little. Hoping to get around to doing that soon

I just did it though sometimes I wonder if I should not wait longer because as soon as I have posted one, another haunts my mind

It’s sometimes tough to have so much in the mind, waiting to be released. You, my friend, are a prolific writer, whose mind and creativity appear to be bottomless.

Thank you. I don’t wish to have respite though it is quite tiring at times to have so much going on. It might seem self-inflating but I feel the words are meant to be read and should be out there 😀

You are welcome. I don’t think it is self-inflating at all. I am always thankful for words I have the privilege of reading as they tend to further inspire me. Keep putting them out there,my friend. 🙂

Gorgeously written! And the music you choose always gives me a peek into your world which is amazing! 🙂

Thank you so much Dajena. I am glad you like the music. What I write is meant to be read with at least one of the songs/musical pieces as they somehow translate better the mood of what I wrote in a penetrating way on the unconscious level mainly 😉 😀

😀 They are indeed intriguing!

Most of the time the music is meant to translate a gradation in the mood and usually the last piece of music is meant to conclude the whole sentiment or just give a final note for/touch upon the future

Applauding. Beautiful words. But let me tell you I love the song Quizas, Quizas, Quizas. A beautiful Spanish ballad (done so well by Halie Loren – Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps. Not to mention the sensual images of legs). What a wonderful post to ignite my passions. Geetha, you didn’t ignite a flame, you started a raging FIRE.

Thank you Andrew. I missed out on this comment like on so many others as well given the lack of notifications. Good your passions were ignited Andrew. What is there better than to live a life of passion. As Rumi put it, to light the fire with a matchstick and to throw oneself in the flame of love. Be well my friend 🙂
