Nothing to confess
16 August 2016

Compiling
Going through the piles
Discarded
Yellow scraps
Crumpled paper once was wraps
Of my heart’s token
Unbroken
The gift lies glassy
Ribbons mess
Sheltering
The most intricate carving
From Time’s stark duress
Grief seekers
Point implicitly
Voiceless charge
Bow to norms
Passengers remain on Barge
While the captain drinks
Giddy ride
Drunken stupour straits
Mind at peace
With the twirl
Sinusoidal journey
The cracken awakes
The boat shakes
Imagined quivers
The wheel twirls
Tempest hurls
The rains transform the rivers
Thundering blue sea
Priests beckon
My frame to the keel
I reckon
Party Time
More appropriate than storms
Nothing to confess
Reading of the poem:

Oh Lover – Rachael Yamagata ft. Ray Lamontagne

Considering the temperature here over 48 degrees celsius at this time of the year I daresay I am well prepared for that possibility

Thank you Pranab. Even when I was a little girl at convent I was considered quite rebellious 😉
