Like ghosts in the rain
3 June 2016
Winding through alleys
Cutting through the Tuscan winds
Shades of summer skies
Do you remember
The streets stretched out like cobwebs
Green lanes sprawling out
We twirled like spiders
Spinning webs of memories
Glistening in the dark
All those moments fade
Like the storm that once blew hard
Subsiding glowers
The seasons slow-paced
They walk into each other
Never-ending dance
Untouched shades of us
Fighting under dark waters
Against oblivion
I know a small nook
Where we twirl silently
Like ghosts in the rain
