Broken minds
26 July 2016
Final choice
Curtains falling swift
Between Lives
And places
Reconciling imprecise
Future past actions
Grievances
Unreportable
My stance sole
In deserts
Blatant now the knowledge hurts
The Heart that needs peace
Broken minds
They clutch on to straws
Like kitten’s
Feeble paws
Beseeching the Mother’s breast
To quiet unrest
Reading of the poem:
Circumspection – Arcana
The imagery in that last stanza is particularly special
