Soul Hacker
15 January 2016

The Garden
Green leaves abounding
Sets its sails
Towards hope
Distances mere fantasy
Playground of the mind
Your shadow
Extending its weight
Luminous
Immense shores
Flowing across my mindscape
My oceans borders
Sight of you
Iridescent plains
Straddling light
Tucked in tight
Within flowing dark waters
Aquatic desert

Your fingers
Tentacles’ axis
Entwined lines
Curving braids
The bottom of emptiness
Fullness of sorrows

Your dark eyes
A wane wishing well
Fate’s crossroads
Twenty-three
Winding and lost lonely streets
Bordering morrows
Your essence
Darkness and thunder
Pennies’ rain
Hammer’s breath
Light and honey inside pain
Whispers of the night
All of you
A fear free wonder
Soul Hacker
Hijacker
Tugging at strings of my self
Mutating my core

Andrew beat me to the punch as I was just thinking about those very lines. A soul hacker – penetrating to the core and changing who you are. Love this deep really does change who we are. Beautiful, as always.

Awesome. “Soul Hacker, Hijacker, Tugging at strings of my self, Mutating my core.” Really?? You make words magical. You inspire one to write. Thank you

Wow, that was an awesome comment. I think all writers to an extent want more to inspire to write than only to be read because inspiring to write means you have further touched the soul 🙂

Exactly. That is what you do. You inspire creativity and peace.

I am really overwhelmed by your kind words Andrew :). I have to say where I live is a wonderful place of peace and quiet, despite the rummaging kids during the daytime. Some of the rooms in my house are like small sanctuaries, full of love and a soothing calm. Many people who have come to my home say they feel rejuvenated after spending some time here 🙂

I am not surprised. I plan to move away from NYC in 2017 or 2018 depending on that lawyer thing. I need a place of peace. And I would like to decorate my home in peaceful tones. I just want peace, love, and light in my life. Oh, and creativity.

WP is really strange. I was not notified for your comment and could not even reply to it other than back here in the dashboard. I know exactly what you mean and I do hope you get it soon enough.
You might like this song which I always felt represented appropriately to an extent what I would like to live as an older version of myself
It is a beautiful video and song by a singer called Vitas

That was so beautiful. He has such a smooth voice. Music was relaxing. And I love those old vintage style video footage. Actually, it has inspired em to find old vintage photos for a poem. Thanks for sharing. That was so nice.

Welcome. He has many beautiful songs but the ones I like most are this one, Pocelui dedicated to all those who live virtual loves and Mama which was dedicated to his mother whom he felt he did not spend enough time with. I look forward to reading the poem 🙂

I will find Pocelui, and with “virtual love” you just gave me another idea. You are a diamond mine of ideas. Thanks

Great, I am so glad if I am giving you ideas that I can then read in some marvelous poem or story you write. That will be just one foot rub and back massage, the chimp 😛 😉

This one is giving me the feeling of being carried off to somewhere wonderful and spending time there but them ultimately learning that you are a prisoner of that place. Not completely terrible but at the same time feeling powerless to change it. Very full of emotions and depth. Love this, Geetha!

Thank you Eric, yes, sometimes you can be in a very beautiful place but if you are a prisoner there then the frustration could build up. I am glad you love it 🙂

Love the imagery. God save us from those soul hackers

Thank you Tosha. Unfortunately we may be totally powerless against that sort of hacking
