Teach me of respite
16 December 2015

Wistful blank
My mind’s emptiness
Bedraggled
Entangled
Between somewhere and nowhere
A research of void
Blissful plank
Your shoulder bones square
Face comfort
My circle
An entourage that does care
The Love’s miracle

Leitmotiv
The memory’s itch
From static
Electric
The loss of a burning crown
A world to forgive
Heart to live
In between flowers
Gardener
Wears soft gloves
Handling daisies and green weeds
Lessons on powers

Thoughts that shrank
In soul’s loneliness
Twin that fell
Tale to tell
Carry me to classrooms white
Teach me of respite
Life to give
Suspended moments
Memory
Agony
The moments of winding down
Flashbacks to relive

If Time is all I have – James Blunt
It appears that I missed this one, Geetha. I’m sorry.
I’m also sorry for the feeling of loss in this one. Very moving.

Thank you Eric but it’s ok. It was a while ago. Sometimes I am too overwhelmed by the emotion to write about it so I let it be and when I am finally able to I let it back in and then write about it. Other times I write immediately when I am experiencing it so that I will feel it less. As Tosha and a few others were saying on WordPress, art is therapeutic 🙂

loss is never easy and there are losses that stay with us for a life time, leaving us with nothing but mental images…however, somehow, we have to learn to take care of the soul that is left behind…a beautiful write, Geetha
