Thank you lovely Monica. I found this poetry form on hooklineandinkwell and felt inspired because it conveys in a concentrated way which sometimes makes the message more efficient – stripped down to the essential. Thanks for liking and commenting. I have so much to catch up on myself and hoping to read everything this weekend 🙂

Hers is more on the melancholy side of what if. His is on the side of we’re doing it and it’s killing us. You’re on the love side and not wanting to hurt so I guess she speaks more to you.

Smiling. Actually laughing. I hope you’re right, but one of my favorite songs of his is “Love the Way You Lie” with Rihanna.
Now that is a violent song! Go figure.

No actually I love that song too. It may look violent but it actually denounces violence and domestic abuse in particular whether from the side of the man or the woman. It showcases very clearly how dead-ended and destructive an abusive/violent relationship can be
