Without you
23 June 2020

Without you
the sun lost its warmth
jaded ball
it slithered
skulking beyond horizon
looking for your face
Without you
the rain lost its touch
The moss cringed
under it
as it seemed fire alit
by burning desires
Without you
the earth rotated
upside down
reverse spin
I heeded to rising din
all clamoured for you
