Snowfall
1 September 2016

Snowfall streaks
Remnants of ashes
Softly fall
Like garlands
Forming on my face islands
Of memories of you
Snowfall speaks
Bitter reckonings
Dissolved slow
In passing
The Time wound back trespassing
The unholy gates
Snowfall reeks
Of unwritten rhyme
Hours spent
Pantomime
Desecrating unseen strings
Renewing the wings
Reading of the poem:

Ashes and snow – Gregory Colbert recited by Laurence Fishburne (English), Ken Watanabe (Japanese), and Enrique Rocha (Spanish)
