Morning optimism
14 August 2017

The sunflowers hope
That mornings will turn brighter
So they stay in sun
Sunflowers hasten
Their desire locked in black
Seeds that stay inside
Morning optimism
Meets midday where sun will stride
To point of sojourn
Reading of the poem:

Rononvan’s weekly Haiku challenge with the words Hope and Stay. Rules here
