The death of her dreams

The death of her dreams

Windchimes blowing mud
Replica of ghostly snow
trickling music slides

A symphony arises
blended with her heart
Musical feat strays

Orchestra goes on
Sound a slave to her teardrops
a simple witches’ brew

Fusion of features
An amalgam of sounds stir
Ice around her heart

A pulp of papers
Letters from a time long gone
components of slush

Hope and fear’s union
The slight feelings compounded
the death of her dreams

The sea progresses

The sea progresses

The winds carried me
delicate wings fluttering
in ascent of skies

Dark clouds gathered tight
In graceful touch of the night
while the moons surged sleek

The days’ rise upturned
sunlit landscapes glittered white
The tides washed the beach

Sparkling sugar straits
reflections of sandy slopes
swell under the sun

Bright eyes stretch inwards
gathering the suns rays’ kiss
irises spotless

The sea progresses
my body in solemn vow
meets dizzy waves’ pull

Heads covered in fuzz

Heads covered in fuzz

The down on her lips
bristled at the sight of them
they coloured street lights

Her peach lips curled up
her face mask of amazement
her blushing cheeks taut

Her muscles strained locked
moving into position
her body knelt down

Every fiber lit
she tore through blooming flowers
fresh grass met her feet

She watched them fearful
her cheeks aflush from the run
her hair in cascades

They reached out to her
features glowing in the dark
heads covered in fuzz

Setting boundary

Setting boundary

A figure so slight
a toe out of dainty shoes
Fleeting outlines blurred

A dash of sulphur
sinuous lines on her brow
a frontier defined

Exploring unknown
tuning into the channel
seizing vast landscapes

Limits extended
choice to heed fluttering ribs
Pinnacle of life

Throbbing subsiding
contours of the world fading
move into nothing

On the edge of death
the Queen handed back the heart
setting boundary

The ticks clung on hard

She was bedraggled
The fleas were like a waistcoat
spreading around her

She smoothed her hands down
over a sea of darkness
It caused her to sneeze

The ticks clung on hard
Waves of red and black coloured
points where some pests died

Music flooded head

Music flooded head
13 November 2020

In the beginning
the rhythm set to basic
primordial human

Melodies renewed
Frontal lobe early signal
of evolution

Healing sounds soothed soul
Leading out of deep caverns
where darkness fought light

It mends in two keys
reconciling opposites
the rift now repaired

Prime numbers plotted
a pathway to fixing scores
for blindness to treat

First light restored sight
Reviving sounds tickled ear
Music flooded head

Dewdrops in the air

Pearls scattering on my face

the first of the rains

Heads hung low they weep

Zoroastrian filters

drizzle through their plight

Drop by drop gathers

weight of a hundred stones cast

millenary fate

Maidens in tatters

their backs particles of flesh

sprinkled across choice

A dash of freedom

drips through time that seeps in age

beads of silver pain

A splash in the pond

Murky waters now stirring

trace of red teardrops

Recreating Life

Recreating Life

The anger welled up

Within the bosom that flared

Like forest aflame

It bore no logic

Curving through the mind’s landscapes

It shattered all sense

Easing through the flames

My worded intention spun

Recreating Life

Ashes to ashes

Blowing in the winter winds

Twelve logs now consumed

A look into past

Looking back serves no purpose

Spare New Year’s outlook

Look in bright morrows

Snow and fog will clear fresh start

Walking fifty-two

The untarnished Twelve

Logs waiting in green garden

Nourishment for fire

Hark the Day

Rose into the Sun

Sing o Birds

Snow’s flowers

Chanting in my hair

Winter light

Days go by

Spring now slight beckons

Jasmine hums

Summer sways

The long sun-kissed Days

Crooning Hays

The lark shouts

Autumns wing Daylight

The leaves sing

Winter sprouts

Days in  short bouts

Nights serenade
