In the mind’s spaces

Thought races

Embraces

Strings of unwoven laces

End the start faces

 

Star studded

Nights of never more

They whisper

Through Lisper

The thoughts becoming crisper

In sounds we thudded

 

Hovercraft

Through the mind we craft

Two by two

We go through

The door that heart entices

Strumming rains

In burrows of snow

The voice low

In echo

Ringing sharp through the remains

Minutes of my pains

 

Story tells

You, me and the wells

Stony walls

Meet my gaze

I wake up the night in daze

Of stars encircling

 

Seconds cling

To my bones marrow

Blue sparrow

Hunting grounds

Memories lost in the sounds

Of voices fading

With the hues

Of rainbows locked in dewdrops

Purple sheen the sounds

 

Green yellow

Mixture of the traits

Melting pot

Of the threads

Princess the pauper now weds

In new beginnings

 

The Kings flock

In bed-ridden day

I hear sounds

Of Time’s chronicles

Whirring slow

Into place

As past merges in future

Confusing senses

 

Elation

Disorientation

Conflicting

Emotions

They seize me and shake me dry

Of moist tenderness

 

The mind firm

Resumes exercise

Breathe life in

Breathe pain out

My shoulders squared I stand stout

Waging daily war

 

The slow breath

It is a wonder

As it fills

My ribcage

Reminder of beating life

That throbs in blue veins

 

Days remains

They spell the night’s trace

As it walks

Stilted pace

Forgotten the morning grace

As darkness now falls

 

Yesterday

Life was so simple

We flew kites

Hearts brandished

In composing miracles

We lived every wish

Is carried by bees

By fragments of my soul’s ink
