You cast stones

Forgetting ripples

Your mind hard

Tired bones

Every hurt that you discard

Builds a waning castle

You can live

You can also die

In between

Nothingness

Even in shadows of Spain

Stories will be told

All we see

Dreamtime’s harmony

Oft disturbed

By dark thoughts

Night mares mere taunts in flashes

Of hooves beating sand

We will reign

The scars of the past

Into love

Forgiveness

She is deep like the marshes

Bordering mind’s land

We hold high

The hopes of our hearts

Yet we flaunt

Shields of tin

We forego the love for taunt

Smarting soul within

Crushed dreams

Give but few breadcrumbs

Trails gone cold

Eaten hearts

Oh the wincing how it smarts

When the heart grows old

I restore

The blackbird with blue

Fingers locked

Brush ablaze

Breathing out a love so true

Your face in a haze

All the lies

Now they’re washed away

Naked stand

With your love

Your blue heart battlefields’ death

Yet the surging bliss

Do you feel

The morrows have come

Creeping slow

Yellow glow

Collecting wild daffodils

Resonating thrills

You sink deep

Feathered rainbows splash

Across you

Coloured hue

Your body an artist’s dream

The gleam of moonbeam

They come fast

The morrows that last

You’re sinking

Heart blinking

Red SOS love’s inking

Splattered in your mind

Remember

Morrows in the Sun

When dark calls

And love weeps

Between our bodies it seeps

Glory to be whole

When you loved me then I became all Love

So I may feel fires in your bosom

I was your moon and your sorrow-filled dove

I was your flower never to blossom

When your heart ached I became all heartache

So I may be one with all of your pangs

And none of this could ever make me quake

Not even the thoughts of death’s sharpened fangs

Divided by such a thin paper wall

Between the nothingness and everything

Absorbing Love lessens shock of the fall

My Love, my light, my prince, nay say my King

As I wither into eternal sigh

My arms heavy cloaked in loss of morrow

Your Love lends me bliss and hopes oh so high!

Of more time, just time that I could borrow

Time still marble would not lend me a while

And as I croak, throat parched by your absence

“Don’t cry for me for heavens will now smile”

Again I choke on your renewed fragrance

Butterfly flutters

Its wings not of season’s taste

Find themselves stripped off

The clockwork whirred on

Prototype adjustments set

Prolonging still life

The flame rekindled

Withstood only mid-season

Dying within me

Ashes stirred ablaze

Reborn out of nothingness

Seethed eternal life

Papillon s’agite

Ses ailes de saison d’hier

Se trouvent déchiquetées

.

La mécanique tourne

Rajusté le prototype

Prolongeant vie morte

.

Le feu ranimé

Dura seulement mi-saison

Mourant en mon être

.

Cendres vivifiées

Rejaillissant du néant

Gorgées d’éternel
