Synapses

Diverging units

Time through space

Lovers knits

Illusions appearances

Unbends distances

Collapses

Of my nerve’s systems

Bleak anthems

Face disgrace

The ship sinks with all it boards

Waters welcome hoards

Digresses

The mind that invents

Circumvents

The intents

Recreating reaction

Passage into Midnight – Omar Akram

True Love that fenders

True Love that fenders

Seasons fly

In the greying sky

Winter’s last

Face downcast

Brooding through the memories past

Fishing net to cast

See me rise

In eastern sunrise

Land yellow

Heart mellow

Soft they spoke now they bellow

Seeking own fellow

Safety keep

In the rising heap

Bones that pile

Wilting smile

One by one they cast down tile

Sweltering roof beguile

Shelter build

With the Golden Guild

Bridge in ink

Over brink

Cast the shores for ships that sink

In true minds hearts think

Chest to bare

Dragons lay in lair

Holding dear

Scales to rear

Music boxes that they fear

Balance of the seer

Crawl ensnare

Three who move the air

Breath benders

Pretenders

Guards of night that surrenders

True love that fenders

Paint my lids

A streak of teardrop

On backdrop

Of laughter

Getting worse getting better

Changes unfettered

One o One

Metamorphosis

Lessons learnt

Pupils burnt

The eye a raging fire

Knowledge a pyre

Flame to grow

Prometheus dam

Holding back

Rivers rage

Wisdom for none to assuage

Aching of the sage

Shape my buds

To taste of honey

Flowing slow

From the flow

My chest now filled with the glow

Breaking point of seams

Riddled dreams

Orange tangerines

Bitter sweet

As I eat

Core and more through flowing streams

The memory gleams

Whistle low

Softening the blow

Drunken feet

Take to street

Where we strangers known will meet

Reviving heartbeat

Grip my chin

Speak now over din

Crackled skin

Stretched too thin

Wade in waters to the shin

Reaching Star I’m in

Map a vow

Morrows look allow

Hurry now

The Earth plough

The ancient crests disavow

Valleys that they trow

Dare to speak

Turn not other cheek

Ancient Greek

Show us meek

In the tunnels baring peak

Waters that we seek

Four horsemen

Count the sea horses

They practice

The countdown

The end of merry go round

When cheek falls to ground

Weaving threads

Three work in shadows

Their fingers

Nimble gears

Setting in motion action

A chain reaction

A ripple

Of tides uprising

Paving beds

Within shreds

Of unwoven tapestry

Penelope’s sea

Ulysses

Worn out by ventures

Flipping through

Adventures

On mantelpiece beckoning

Quiet reckoning

Past stardust

Millenary thrill

Lost in time

Echoes shrill

Ashes floating in the light

In memory the might

Wanderlust

Gnawing icicle

Frozen fear

Consensus

Nations gathered for the ban

Abort travel plan

Préserve mon Aquitaine des complots qu’ils ourdissent

Find hidden in the dens the old lion weakened

With no past no morrow dried shrunken source expose

Relegating rivers to care of oblivion

The keys of tomorrow within the soul dispose

See him resume matter of substance ennobled

Amber and myrrh on jasmine a carpet depose

Prune the trees in clearings wood in hue established

Plowing hard a pathway into our hearts repose

Draw me a little lamb running free in the shed

Cloister cold of domain where good hearts are rotting

Relinquish to me ring from before I was dead

The wolves cover the plain make our bodies repair

Revive in me the torch stretched to vain time ticking

Preserve my Aquitaine from the plots they prepare

Stick measures

Prodded cattle’s spine

Wine and dine

Meat so fine

Red more than colour brandished

Choice that mouth relished

They feed us

Darkness in a spree

Jerking knee

Fear to flee

Heart knows more than what eye sees

Willful chance to seize

Consume me

My flesh wanton gift

Mend the rift

Spirit lift

Still the hunger in the heart

No souls to depart

Lost pleasures

None in mind to hate

Check me mate

Bid me spate

I will waters overcome

For my Kingdom come

They see us

When we split in three

Hollow sea

Trinity

Casting net to kill disease

An evil to cease

Reveal me

Of thunder in dust

Earthen crust

Steel in rust

See in me anew the man

Error is Human
