Trepanation purpose the sum of my pains

They breathe the constraints scents of life of yesteryear

When sweet chimeras embraced neighboured the restrains

Wear of life grandiloquent swarm of soft lures

Look within my breast there remain some fears

Tools of clumsiness halts of momentum

Towers fortresses Lacan’s obsessions

Projects drawings sketches of vague mansions

It was born a firmament my life’s sky in dream

Decay and break-ups history of old bends

Of this joy into torments I lived a sweet truce

It is not crippled lies to heaven from which life dies

In cross-stitch suture the rustling of these pages

The sleepy slow progress of a short life

    • Thank you. I speak/read/write 4 languages properly which are English, French, Italian and Arabic. I manage with another 3 languages if I am put in situation with nobody who can speak another language than that but I don’t speak them properly (Spanish, Swedish and German). I understand to an extent Portuguese, Dutch, Tamil and Hindi.

      • I’m exhausted just reading this comment! Lol
I used to have 4 languages: French obviously since it’s my native tongue, English, Spanish and German but lack of practise has robbed me of most of my German and some of my Spanish. I can get by in Italian but I’m in no way fluent.
As you can see, I’m a rookie compared to you 😉

            • No as in you did not learn them on their own or no as in you don’t think you have more merit 😉 I am not modest in the sense that I think I have no merit whatsoever, I just think that people who are able to do something similar (without the favourable grounds) to one who has done something quite remarkable (but who already had the favourable grounds) is more laudable. I still think that it is quite remarkable to know many languages though 😀 It opens the potential of being able to truly understand a larger group of individuals.
