Swaying fate
14 April 2016

Thoughts of you
Vivid remainders
Hues of pink
Deep purple
Like blemish on a new wound
Opening shut books
Remembrance
More than just good looks
Charisma
Solemn words
Something beyond the dead herds
Grazing in the blue
I found you
The day we lost us
Useless fuss
Swears and cuss
Light headed memories cut
Edge of my language
The child’s words
Simplicity’s speech
Narrate best
The lost quest
Of the fruit we kept but zest
Our hands sharpened knives
The people
They rub hard the lives
Into stones
Brittle bones
Ground with more than intention
Fleecing redemption
Remember
Mending takes strong threads
More than heads
It is hearts
That excel in crafts and arts
The blood forms divine
I knelt once
My head upon feet
Within shrine
That was mine
Wasted were the black idols
From within came shine
Resurrect
The fading symbols
Swaying fate
Called upon
More than pupil will dilate
My kingdom on Earth
Reading of the poem:

Fate – Schiller feat. Isis Gee

Beautiful Geetha!!…it’s hard to find new adjectives I haven’t used to comment on your posts…I know ‘beautiful’ is over used, but it is so descriptive of your poetry. 🙂
