Time unbound whirled on

Sand piled on the rocks

Trembled with news of the quake

As earth changed axis

No polarity in mind

I withstood unseen changes

 

Images in haze

Caught fleetingly retina

As sun glided on

All life slid as I walked by

Into a cascade of light

 

Whispers of beings

Crossed borders of the unknown

As the light sailed past

Mind streams flowed into rivers

With ocean naked ahead

 

Howling silently

Ghosts of the morrow awoke

Time unbound whirled on

Whirring clock in mind counted

Less than a second at bay
